How to use notifyr
If you want an instant email whenever the page is updated, leave the phrase finder empty. This is not recommended if the page has updating content (for example a related stories sidebar or even today's date).
If you want an email when a phrase has disappeared, enter the relevant phrase into the phrase finder.
If you want an email when a phrase appears, enter the relevant phrase into the phrase finder.
If you want an email every time the page is updated, check the always notify box. Please leave the phrase finder box empty if you are using this feature.
